COVER - COUNTER - MOVE
Simplicity

ESDS is a system of combative concepts and tactics based on the analysis and observation of human reactions to various stimuli, such as pain, fear and physical contact. Its key lies in its simplicity and proven practical effectiveness.

Professional Experts

Based on several decades of experience in the work of police, military and civilian application in real-life hostile situations.

Value for Money

The goal of all our training is to give the average student maximum combat skills in the shortest possible time. That was also the original aim of a lot of martial art students, who first joined up seeking self defence training.

Realistic Training

ESDS provides students with effective responses to real world attacks. The number of strikes taught are minimal, thus the time used to actually deploy them is minimal. A critical element of any survival training is designing methods which will enhance a person's reaction time under combat stress. A simplistic approach is required.

Real-life Tested

ESDS has proven it's applicability in real life and death situations. Police, military and civilians have trained and used the concepts to succesfully defend themselves in hostile situations.

Worldwide

We offer seminars and security consulting work all over the world. Having worked in countries such as Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Germany, Costa Rica etc.

What is
ESDS?

Explosive Self Defence System

ESDS is a system of combative concepts and tactics based on the analysis and observation of human reactions to various stimuli, such as pain, fear and physical contact. Its key lies in its simplicity and proven practical effectiveness.

The Explosive Self Defence System (ESDS) is a simple method of protecting yourself, based solely on human behaviour.
It is not a martial art, although it is practiced by many Martial Artists. It has none of the complexities which usually accompany martial arts. It certainly has no hidden depths: what you see is all there is to it. There are no secrets in ESDS; it is simple because it has to be.
